About a year ago my neighbor Reba and i were talking about fixing a problem with my car and at that time i did not really know where to take it until she mentioned RATIONAL and i said Rational! and she said YES..Long story short! when i retired from IBM in 1995 i went to work for a Auto Parts Store delivering parts to people like Paul and that was it! i remembered back when the store people use to recommend Paul as very good and someone that you could trust, it was that easy, but being an old guy i had forgot about Paul until i heard the word RATIONAL. he has since worked on two of my vehicles and will continue...
