I was in a bind... I'd broken a leaf spring on my pickup. I live south, but they recently moved my office north, and I didn't know where to take my truck to be fixed. I stopped by Rational Auto and talked with Paul. He gave me a fair estimate to replace both my springs, but he told me to send him my VIN so he could make sure that the price was correct. After sending him the info he needed, he got back to me quickly, but said that another shop, who specialized in springs might be able to do the job cheaper, and he told me the name of the shop. After checking, he was right. Rational didn't get my patronage this time, but BE SURE that he'll get it the next time that I need service. This kind of honesty and integrity is unusual these days. So, I owe Paul a big "thank you", and I'm certain that he'll be seeing me soon again.
