As a brand new resident of Austin I was taking a risk with my first auto repair shop. Rational has some good ratings from other customers so I gave them a shot. I had been suffering through a period of temperamental-to-no" A/C - even driving 25+ hours from California. My mechanic there couldn't find the problem in time for my trip so I toughed it out and vowed to fix it in Austin. But Rational jumped on it, found the problem and had it fixed before I knew it. Definitely returning to this honest shop for all my repairs.
