Paul and the Rational Automotive team saved me $1800.00 USD. Dealer advised the the steering rack was leaking and needed to be replaced. Got a second opinion and Paul diagnosed that the problem was a leaking hydraulic hose that was just above the rack bellows, making it look like the steering rack was leaking, but it WAS NOT! Excellent... dealer quote was $2000.00 ($1800.00 for the new rack, $200 for alignment work). Paul fixed it for less that $200. Thank you!!
