Rational automotive had replaced the ac compressor, ac system and electric fans on our 2005 Honda crv around a year ago at a cost of $1500. Last week the ac quit working and the the main belt came apart. Had to have the car towed to Rational auto. Rational auto mechanics checked the problem and initially said the belt and tensioner had to be replaced at a cost of around $330 dollars. Later Rational auto called and said the ac compressor had locked up and would have to be replaced. They indicated that the part and labor for the initial ac work was still under warranty. They replaced the compressor (with a better part), ac system, tensioner, and belt for $330 dollars. I was very pleased with the outcome.
