I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with Rational. I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I absolutely adore, but she’s been having an issue with overheating at idle for the last 5 years 😥. We have replaced everything that every mechanic we’ve brought her to has suggested, which ended up being pretty much everything. New radiator, fan, thermostat, hoses, water pump, and probably a couple of other things. We brought her to Rational hoping for the actual problem to be fixed, but with little hope because of our previous experiences. Needless to say, they found the problem! The air conditioner assembly needed to be replaced. Apparently the fan for the A/C cools off not only the condenser, but also the engine. Who knew?!? Bottom line is that because Rational was able to find and fix the problem (in a total of only 4 days-we told them not to rush), we will be getting ALL of our vehicle needs taken care of here. Paul was amazing and kept in touch every step of the way and the price was totally reasonable. I am so happy that we are back to a 2 full time car family. I absolutely, without a doubt recommend Rational Auto Repair and will be telling all of our friends that this is THE place to go!
