I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with Rational. I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I absolutely adore, but she’s been having an issue with overheating at idle for the last 5 years 😥. We have replaced everything that every mechanic we’ve brought her to has suggested, which ended up being pretty much everything. New radiator, fan, thermostat, hoses, water pump, and probably a couple of other things. We brought her to Rational hoping for the actual problem to be fixed, but with little hope because of our previous experiences. Needless to say, they found the problem! The air conditioner assembly needed to be replaced. Apparently the fan for the A/C cools off not only the condenser, but also the engine. Who knew?!? Bottom line is that because Rational was able to find and fix the problem (in a total of only 4 days-we told them not to rush), we will be getting ALL of our vehicle needs taken care of here. Paul was amazing and kept in touch every step of the way and the price was totally reasonable. I am so happy that we are back to a 2 full time car family. I absolutely, without a doubt recommend Rational Auto Repair and will be telling all of our friends that this is THE place to go!

Once again Paul rose to the occasion. My brother's 2002 F250 diesel truck arrived from Florida with a shimmy in a front wheel. We called Rational and took the truck in. Good thing we did. Tie-rod was about to fail which could have been serious, even fatal. Paul and crew ALWAYS find the problem and fix it promptly and professionally. I had a great experience at Rational Auto Repair! I dropped my car off because it had been overheating and I was expecting to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. Paul and Orlin were friendly and helpful up front, and were very honest with what they found. I went as a single women in my 20’s, who relies on my car as my only transportation. I have gone to other mechanics and am pretty sure I have been upcharged and lied to before, but I am confident that these guys did not use my situation to take advantage of me. I will be using Rational Auto in the future
