Paul is always helpful and honest when I bring in my car. I know that they will do a thorough job but won't rip me off with unnecessary service. He always explains what they are seeing and what my options are. I also like that they text me pictures of what needs to be fixed or replaced. I highly recommend Rational Automotive.

I’ve used Rational Auto several times now and they always come across as so honest about what is going on with my car. The issues they’ve brought up are only issues that I know I’ve been having, and they don’t try to force me to buy anything. Both Paul and Orlin are nice and respectful.
