I’ve been dropping off cars here since I was in college. Paul is super low-key and friendly! He always lets me know what work is most urgent or what I can wait on. I make the trek from South Austin because I know I’ll be taken care of.

I've been using Rational Auto Repair for my 1995 Suburban for many years. They are honest, efficient, do it right the first time, and are priced fairly. The do thorough inspections each time giving me peace of mind that my old vehicle will last many more years to come.

My 2007 Toyota sienna van suddenly developed a severe oil leak to the point I was having to put two quarts of oil in it to drive 2 1/2 miles to Rational Automotive. They looked at the car later that day and said that a rubber hose connection between the engine and oil cooler was leaking. Rational Automotive was able to fix the problem and do an oil and filter change within 24 hours.

Great service. Left car on Wed evening and got it back on Thursday afternoon with new brake pads, new tires alignment and balance and oil change.

I have been taking my autos to Paul for years. Paul and his crew always do a great got and the turn around time is always excellent.
